Absolutely. One of the great joys of Suikoden 2 is that any character can be made viable. The "three free rune slot" rule allows characters like or Meg to become devastating damage dealers through rune customization. Blue Mage / Magical Nuke Why A-Tier: Rina is statistically the best pure mage in the game. Her Magic stat is second only to Luc, but her Speed is much higher.
